No Churn Caramel Ice Cream with Cinnamon Crunch

Creamy ice cream with caramel and chocolate swirl with cinnamon crunch.

  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate fudge
  • 1 1/2 cup Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Dyno-Bites


  • In a large bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and 1/4 cup of caramel. In another bowl, pour the heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed mixture. Pour half of the mixture into a large bread loaf pan or pyrex dish. Pour half of left over caramel and half of the chocolate fudge on top. Swirl into the ice cream mixture. Sprinkle 3/4 cups of the Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Dyno-Bites. Pour remainder ice cream mixture on top, swirl in caramel and fudge then cover with the remainder of theMalt-O-Meal Cinnamon Dyno-Bites. Cover with a piece of wax paper and freeze for at least 2-4 hours. Serve and Enjoy!


You could also use other Malt-O-Meal Cereals in this mixture! We also love using the Malt-O-Meal Double Chocolate Brownie Crunch. It makes for a more chocolaty ice cream and is so delicious!
