Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl beat softened butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy using the paddle on your mixer. Add eggs one at a time until each is mixed in and set aside. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Once you have each mixture it is time to combine them. Slowly add your dry mixture to the wet and make sure it is combined well. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into 2 in balls and place onto cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl add softened butter, granulated and brow sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamed.
- Next, add eggs separately beating in between to make sure they are mixed in well.
- In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix try ingredients and combine well.
- Slowly add dry ingredients into wet and make sure it is mixed well before adding more.
- Once your batter is mixed, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll your dough into 1 in balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake on 375 for 9-11 minutes.
Notes
If you have dough left over, you can freeze it. Roll all dough into 1 inch balls, place on lined baking sheet and freeze. Once frozen, you can put the frozen cookie dough into a gallon zip lock bag. It will stay good for 2-3 months.
