Here is what you need to create your own delicious Asian inspired dinner!
Pan Seared Bibigo Wontons Chicken and Vegetables with Asian Sauce/Dressing
Ingredients:
Bibigo Wontons Chicken and Vegetables
Avocado Oil
These wontons are super easy to find at H-E-B ! I easily found them in the frozen food aisle. They had other yummy looking options from Bibigo as well!
Sauce/Dressing:
1 cup Olive OIl
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
Directions: Cover pan with avocado oil over medium heat, once hot add wontons to sear. Fry wontons for 2-3 minutes on each side. While wontons are cooking, add all sauce/dressing ingredients to a Mason or canning jar. Shake and make sure all ingredients are combined. Allow wontons to cool, dip, enjoy!
I love to serve these wontons with the perfect Asian Chicken Salad. It’s also super easy to make and the sauce for the wontons is perfect for the salad!
Here is what you need to make the salad!
Asian Chicken Salad Ingredients:
2 bags coleslaw mix (I love the one with purple cabbage)
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken *Quick Tip: de-bone a rotisserie chicken at the beginning of the week so it’s ready when life gets busy!
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup dried cherry flavored cranberries
1 cup sesame sticks
1 cup shredded carrots (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredient to a large mixing bowl. Pour a generous amount o dressing and toss together. I love this dressing and add a little more. Add dressing to taste!
Delicious! I love this dish so much we may just have to serve it for our next get together.
Well Moms, here is to an amazing dinner that is quick and easy and more time with our families!
