When our first above 90 degree day hit, I've been counting down the days to fall. I'll admit very quickly that I'm a fall junkie. Boots, apples, chilly weather, cozy blankets, and pretty colors could easily make every season the best, but alas we have to wait until fall for those beloved things. I wake up every day and work at making my home as cozy as possible, but fall just seems to do the job for me. Back To School Breakfast Ideas
Not sure about you mamas, but this Back To School business has me exhausted. Early mornings, new schedules, paperwork for days. I feel like the second my head hits my pillow the alarm starts to buzz and it's time to get back to it. The one thing that makes the exhaustion worth it is hearing all about how much my kiddos are loving school. Their new teachers and the friends they are making...it makes my mama heart so very happy. As of this week, I am officially less than 10 weeks away from my due date with this little girl. It’s almost crunch time, and we really need to make sure we get everything ready to go for this new little life that’s about to join us… and clean out her room, which big sister vacated just last weekend. Favorite Foundations
For the past year I have been on a quest to find my perfect foundation. The holy grail of all makeup products...the foundation is well, just that...the foundation for the rest of your face. While I don't think I have yet found my end all be all, absolute can't live without product, I have found some really amazing products that rank high on my favorites list. And of course with any quest some trial and error and a few not so great products. Basil Pesto Hummus
I have an obsession, more like an addiction. Hi, my name is Channing and I am addicted to Basil Pesto Hummus. We went and had lunch last week at Zoes Kitchen where I reintroduced myself to this heavenly goodness. You see, I have had this delicious Basil Pesto Hummus before but this time, this time once it was gone I couldn't stop thinking about it.
