Top Hacks For Instagram Flat Lays

Hey friends! Have you ever wondered how bloggers get those beautiful countertop-styled flat lay photos on their blog and on Instagram? Have you looked at your counters recently and said to yourself, "My house looks nothing like Stephanie's from Olive and Tate,"? Just a quick sidenote here: if you haven't seen this beauty of a kitchen that is in Stephanie's home, your eyeballs haven't lived. It's absolutely stunning! So, the question of the day is this: would you believe me if I told you that these flat lays weren't photographed on my own countertops?  (deep breaths) This is a real life, behind-the-scenes look at what ... EASY DIY SLIME

One more day until it's summer vacation for this mama and her littles.  Our summer starts 2 weeks before the big girls and so the boys and I will be keeping busy around the house during that time. I have some projects I want to accomplish but also know I will need to keep the boys busy.  Our new favorite activity lately is making homemade slime. It is a mamas dream because it isn't sticky or messy.  Did I mention the best part?? It is ridiculously EASY to make. DIY Father’s Day Beer Mug

Things my husband wants to do on Father's Day: sleep in, eat good food, spend time with his kids, and drink good beer. Pretty darn doable for me, and I'm sure that's ringing a bell over at your house, too. So in the spirit of Dad's Day, and in giving our dads something they will use and love, I thought it would be fun to make some custom beer mugs for dad so he can drink a cold one in style. It's really an easy project and it only takes a couple inexpensive supplies to make them. Plus, you can make them say anything you want, so have some fun with it. I know I did.   For this project, you're going to ... READ MORE >>

Playroom Makeover Challenge

You guys, has your house ever been such a mess that you dread walking into it? I am currently living in this state. Between going to school, working, raising tiny humans and running everyone around like a glorified taxi cab driver my house has gotten OUT OF CONTROL! After this week, summer officially starts for me and the little girls.Woo hoo! I have made myself a list a mile long of things we are going to organize, clean up and finally finish around our house. My list is a little daunting but mark my words, it will get it done. The room that we are going to tackle first is our playroom. This room has to be the busiest in our ... READ MORE >>

End of Year Gift: Bubbles with FREE Printable

I still can't believe this school year is almost over! I cannot wait to get to sleep in and not have to make lunches every morning. Our lives are going to full of swim lessons, splash pads, soccer and play dates. We cannot wait! Just a few more weeks! With 3 kiddos in school this year I am trying to be more organized with our end of the year festivities. I already have teacher gifts ready and after this week, we have classmate gifts ready as well. I always try to come up with a small gift for the girls to give their friends that's fun but not too expensive. This year, I found these cute bubbles in bright fun colors and created a fun ... Instagram post 17850899390014309 Disney is challenging us to share our first pictures with characters! I had to join in the fun and it was the best trip down memory lane. Disney has been threaded throughout my entire life. I pulled a few of my most favorite memories over the years. From partying in the streets during the most epic dance party and meeting our most favorite princesses to me being a kid at Disney myself. Oh, I also had to add a picture of Cinderella’s Castle. She really is the most beautiful cast member of them all!
